That said, Sportsguy has me even more excited about the possibility of an AI to Boston trade, even if it is unlikely to happen.

Sportsguy on AI
Sportsguy agrees with me about getting AI, but even more emphatically. My one problem with this article is that it shows a creeping tendency on Sportsguy's part that makes him more and more like your ordinary sports jouirnalist, even if he'll always be better: He loves to push an argument by saying "you just have to see X in person. Trust me." How often do sportswriters (think Around the Horn: Mariotti, Jay) try to lord over one another but especially the viewers the fact that they see these guys every day in person. It's the ultimate argument by anecdote and without actual evidence. I agree that AI is great and exciting. But that does not change that he can be difficult, that he very publicly tried to mock the idea of practice (against a Hall of fame coach, no less), that he is a serious gunner, and that the way he play probably means he won't be on the court until he is 36.
