"Genocide and Indiscriminate Killing"

Given the subject matter, I cannot exactly call "The Delaying Game," an animated short about the Sudan, funny or cute, but it is fairly trenchant. And it rings true, such as the tagline from one of the fake sponsors, the United Nations: "When it absolutely, positively has to be done in a few years (give or take)."
