SCOTUS
And it's: Sonia Sotomayor, who, if confirmed (and she will be), will become the first Hispanic and third woman to serve on the Supreme Court of the United States. Cue the predictable "judicial activism" condemning, liberal-bashing outrage from conservatives who only loathe certain kinds of judicial activism.
