Drug Policy, The Wire, and Kurt Schmoke

Former Baltimore Mayor Kurt Schmoke has advice for the next president on reforming America's failed drug policies. For example, some of Schmoke's ideas, which helped cost him his job (Bunny Colvin's Hamsterdam was not a Schmoke idea, but in some ways he was its inspiration) but may have been worth considering, inspired David Simon & company.
