A Child Soldier's Story

This weekend's New York Times Magazine had a fantastic feature on a former child soldier from Sierra Leone. Ishmael Beah now lives in America. He is obviously brilliant -- he attended Oberlin College, where he first began writing about his experiences in English classes -- and his first-hand account is drawn from a forthcoming book on his experiences.
