Tom Delay and Texas

If at all possible, forget for one moment the deleterious effect Tom Delay has had on the national political dialogue. Forget that he is one of a relative handful of people who have so poisoned the well of bipartisanship that relations between the parties are at one of the lowest ebbs in a century or more.
