The Ten Worst Men in Sports

Hate. Glorious, glorious hate.

Really? We have a list that has a high-school teacher on it, but yet lacks *THE* most hated (and 'worst') man in sports: Mr. Bill Belicheck? And let's not forget Mr. Michael Vick, who used bait dogs, electrocution, beatings etc... all to keep his fighting dogs in line. I call bullshit to the nth degree.

Well, Mr. Angry Anonymous Person, first off, you really think Belichick is the most hated (and "worst") man in sports? He's far from the most hated man in football. In fact, given the bile you just spewed about Vick do you really think Belichick is worse than Vick? Is Belichick worse than Dan Snyder, who is suing the Washington City Paper because it said bad (yet true) things about him? Is he really more hated than, say, Ben Roethlisberger who has TWICE been accused of the rapeyness?
And yes, it has a teacher on it (I thought it was a junior high teacher, but angry internet commenters tend not to give a damn about facts). Which I guess has to be wrong because a teacher cannot be an asshole under any circumstances, even if they are.
In any case, the list was intended to be taken SERIOUSLY (which is why the site that published the list includes its own founder) as a SCIENTIFIC EXERCISE and thus to be measured to the NTH DEGREE.

Being accused does not equal being convicted. You, all of people, should recognize that sir. And by the way, where did I say anything about Ben Roethlisberger? He most certainly *does* belong on that list

Yeah, thanks for the legal lecture.

But two points: You obviously don't believe your little legalistic sanctimony either or else why would he be on your list as well? (And that's te point -- you didn't mention Ben -- you said Belichick was the worst man in football and you mentioned Vick; I am commenting on YOUR choices and thus the lack of Ben. You were so quick to say fucktarded things about Belichick that you didn't stop to recognize its fucktardery. That's your fault, not mine.) You can't engage in legalistic sanctimony on the one hand and then include him on your list on the other. Pick one argument rather than trying to play both sides.

But let's go with the innocent until proven guilty line for a man accused not once but twice of sexual crimes. How's this: Would you honestly want your sister/girlfriend/wife/daughter alone in a room with Ben Roethlisburger and a bottle of booze? I didn't think so.

I hope the Green Bay defense treats Ben like Ben apparently treats young women.
