American Heritage Blog

I have to admit that I did not have any idea that American Heritage has a blog. I know that a lot of historians look derisively at AH, but my view is that anything that helps to make people think about history is fine with me. I try not to buy into the largely (but not wholly) false dichotomy between "popular" and "scholarly" history. I do buy into "good" and "bad" history.
